Our  Adoption Center is open! We are located at 2726 Bynum -Leatherwood Rd.  We  shelter  dogs/puppies and  cats/kittens. We have a "No Kill " policy. We are open every Tuesday thru Friday from 12 noon until 3 pm  and Saturdays from 1pm to 3pm and by appointment.

During the year 2007 the League found homes for 264 dogs/puppies and cats/kittens. We have a low cost spay/neuter program which sponsored surgery for 651 dogs and cats.

To paraphrase a great truth “The measure of our humanity can be found in our treatment those dependent upon us”.
